In response to the current unprecedented economic climate, the University is offering a 20% discount on all Postgraduate Research and full Postgraduate Taught Masters programmes to its alumni, commencing study in Academic session 2025/26. This includes University of Glasgow graduates and those who have completed a Study Abroad programme, International Summer School programme or the Erasmus Programme at the University of Glasgow. The discount applies to all full-time, part-time and online programmes. This discount can be awarded alongside most University scholarships.

To be eligible, students must:

• Have graduated from the University of Glasgow or completed a Junior Year Abroad, Exchange programme or International Summer School at the University of Glasgow AND

• Be enrolled on a full Postgraduate Taught Masters programme at the University of Glasgow full time or part-time (Professional development programmes such as CPD, PGDE, PGD, PGC and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice are not eligible) OR

• Be enrolled on a Postgraduate Research Course at the University of Glasgow full time or part-time

The University of Glasgow has several Global Leadership Scholarships available to International fee students starting a postgraduate taught Masters programme in any discipline for Academic Session 2025/2026. The scholarship is awarded as a tuition fees discount.

To be eligible, applicants must

• demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to UK 1st Class Honours.

• hold an offer of a place for a postgraduate taught programme for September 2025.

• have International fee status.

Candidates eligibility will be assessed via both the scholarship application and the MBA interview. There is no deadline to apply for the Glasgow MBA scholarship, but as funds are limited, we advise you to apply as early as possible.

• Candidates must be a high academic achiever (1st Class Honours) and/or an excellent record of accomplishment of professional achievement.

• You must have successfully passed your interview and received an unconditional offer or conditional only upon IELTS for the MBA (Master of Business Administration) programme for September 2025 intake.

• Your financial circumstances may also be taken into consideration.

The Glasgow MBA Scholarship for Women in association with the 30% club aims to promote women in leadership by encouraging women to enrol in the MBA programme.

• You must have successfully passed your interview and received an unconditional offer or conditional only upon IELTS for the MBA (Master of Business Administration) programme for September 2025 intake.

• We may consider your financial circumstances also.

The University of Glasgow has a number of World Changers Global Excellence Scholarships available to new International and EU students for 2025 entry. The scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee discount of £7,000 per year of study and is subject to satisfactory progress for consecutive years of study.  

To be eligible, applicants must

• have International or EU (non-UK) fee status.

• hold an offer of a place for an undergraduate programme for 2025.

• demonstrate excellent academic achievement before starting University:

• Qualifications already achieved:  students holding the following A Level/IB (or local equivalent) grades are guaranteed a scholarship offer;

• Qualification not yet achieved:  students predicted, or who achieve, the following A Level/IB (or local equivalent) grades are guaranteed a scholarship offer.  For offers made on the basis of predicted grades, the scholarship may be withdrawn if final exam results do not meet the grades outlined below.
